Attendees in this session will learn about the air infiltration rates of as-is conditions of a sample of low-income housing and the average dollar amount a family spends on heating due to air infiltration. We'll discuss and consider a strategy for improving energy efficiency rates and indoor air quality standards in existing low-income housing.
