Resilience is a quality of capacity. It is the ability to recover quickly from stress or difficulty. When working in the realm of nonprofits, stress and difficulty can often be the name of the game. How do you practice self-care when serving others (without causing yourself more stress in the process)? This session will provide some practical strategies for beginning or deepening a holistic self-care practice. Participants will leave with an understanding of how to incorporate recovery into their everyday lives so that they may increase their capacity for resilience and serve at a deeper level.
