There's a big disconnect between the recognition that volunteers want and what most home repair nonprofits offer. In this session, you'll learn how to define your organization's culture of appreciation, assess your volunteer recognition practices, and set the stage for impactful service. The information that will be shared comes from research conducted by Sterling Volunteers (ReFrame partner), John Templeton Foundation, and VQ Volunteer Strategies.
