Allyson is the Executive Director at Nazareth Farm, Inc., a small nonprofit in north central West Virginia which provides affordable home repairs and service retreat experiences. Before become the ED, she was a volunteer staff member and home repair project coordinator at Nazareth Farm. She loves all aspects of the Farm - the home repair, gardens, community building, nonprofit management, and more. She is also on the ReFrame Conference Planning Committee.
